Museum del Perfume
In the back room of the Regia perfumery there are over 5,000 scent bottles, cosmetic flasks and similar objects. The word perfume used today derives from the Latin "per fumus", meaning through smoke. Perfumery, or the art of making perfumes, began in ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt and later refined by the Romans and Persian.

El Tablao De Carmen
Here you will be able to witness some rather exiting versions of the flamenco tablao, which sits in beautiful faux-AndalucĂan surroundings in Poble Espanyol. It also depends on when you go, as there is a mix of both stars and new young talents performing. There are various styles of flamenco singing, dancing and music.

Fundació Suñol
Have an arty Saturday and visit this two floor house of contemporary art collection. It was funded in 2007 by the businessman Josep Suñol and you can find over 100 different types of work on every show they make including paintings, sculptures and photography, however the work is shuffled about every six months from an archive of 1,200 pieces which has been gathered for over 35 years.

Disseny Hub Barcelona (DHUB)
A bit of art now and again is good for your mind, why not pay a visit to the Textile Museum? It gives you a nice tour of clothing throughout the history from their oldest piece, a man's Coptic tunic from the seventh-century to Karl Lagerfeld´s wonderful creations. You will be able to see amazing curiosities, one to mention is their famous 18th-century bridal gown in black figured silk, and don´t miss their collection from Baroque to 20th-century. Its open 10 -18h from Tue-Sun and cost 4.20euros.

Dali Barcelona Reial Cercle Artistic
It is a private collection of Dali sculptures; there are about 44 pieces, which were molded by his own hands in wax in his house in port Lligat. All is divided into different themes like eroticism, mythology and Don Quixote. There are extra 600 drawings, sketches, lithographs and photos in the collection. Some pieces are even for sale. It cost: 6-8 Euros and is open between 10.00 – 22.00h.

Monasterio
This place host live music performances every night and you can find everything from Rock to Country and Jazz music. Milonga On some Sundays they even have on live Tango music and dancing together with “Milonga”. This is where you show off to your open minded side and just take it easy, relaxing to the music. Its a quite smoky place but it fits well to the mysterious ambiance.

CosmoCaixa
Here you can find many interesting expositions. Everything from science, documentary and fictional art work. The place is an open space for the common people interested in the art world and is usually quite packed on weekends. Casa Fuster - Café Vienés
This is the ultimate Jazz club hang out of Barcelona city and is located inside of the exclusive hotel Casa Fuster. Every Thursday their salon “Café Vienés” transforms into an exclusive jazz club. The ambiance feels like its taken from a classic movie when the music performances wasn’t just a fuzz in the background but respected and the guests where interacting with the band and applauding after every “solo” jam session that the band delivers. The drinks are expensive, 14€ for a glass of wine (!) but who cares when the glass is generously filled up and contains a fantastic “Cune” from 2004? The best deal is to take the set menu of a three course dinner also including wine and snacks for only 59€.

La Capella
This old hospital chapel is now an exhibition space for contemporary art where you can pass by and see the exhibition "The seven deadly sins" by Escola Massana. This project is seen for him as a confession where visitors will have to either forgive or blame the artist; to understand him or condemn him. You can see the expo 11h-14h.

Gran teatre del Liceu – The opera house
“Gran teatre del Liceu” is a beautiful opera house founded in 1847 on Barcelona's La Rambla. It has retained its role as a culture and arts centre throughout its history and one that represents one of the symbols of the city. If you have not yet visit this magnificent space, now during the winter time it is a good time to go. The place is very impressive with its amazingly high golden ceiling and sophisticated spirit.

MACBA – The Art MECCA
The museum of contemporary art is an active platform for irradiating contemporary art. The MACBA opened to the public on November 28th, 1995 and has since then been the Mecca of art. The building is designed by hugely famous American architect Richard Meier and is one of the most famous buildings and meeting points in Barcelona. Pay a visit and discover the new and older art forms of the world in the languages Catalan, Spanish and English.

Palau de la Música – International music
The “Palau de la musica” was built between 1905 and 1908 by the architect, LluĂs Domènech i Montaner and has been the headquarters for music ever since. The concert Hall is one of the most unique ones in the world and has been the privileged stage for the national and international concert life of the city of Barcelona for one hundred years.
